Anatomy of Amnesia (2025)

Anatomy of Amnesia asks: what remains, when memory is out of reach?

These 20 photographs represent my mind revealing fragments of memory of personal history in dreamscapes, in the early stages of my recovery from amnesia. Without autobiographical memory and in a state of complete disconnection, symbolism and archetype felt more real than anything else.

I took these photographs later, exploring how I connected back to the world and my story, paying attention to the things that symbolically spoke to what I knew. The photographs depict triggers and clues to significant aspects of my life, in the language of my processing unconscious mind.
